Here is an useful map that shows details of the campus including location of dormitories and the Man Building. For a more detailed Google map of the location of the campus click here. There is a Tourist Information desk in the arrival hall of the airport. You can share a taxi or take a bus together.

There is a currency exchange office at the airport, but the rate is simply insane. Therefore if you think you must have Polish zloty for taxi, bus, etc. On Monday you will be able to exchange your cash in the town with a much better rate. There are direct domestic and international connections:. Gdansk can be reached by train from all bigger Polish cities and neighbouring countries.
On the website of Polish Railway PKP you can check possible connections, plan your journey route and check prices. The S7 route connects Gdansk with Warszawa and Krakow. There are direct connections to Gdansk and Gdynia from Sweden and Finland. Afterwards take three stops by tram number 5, 6, 9, 11 or 12 towards Gdansk.
If you plan to travel by public transportation, buy the hours ticket in the ticket machine located near main bus stops in Gdansk or in the bus. You should validate your ticket in machine on a bus. You can also buy a ticket from a bus driver but you will have to pay using Polish zloty.
Taxis are almost always available at Gdansk airport. They are faster, but also more expensive than the public transportation. We do not recommend accepting a "casual" taxi from the airport. Instead we highly recommend ordering a taxi in advance or calling "Hallo Taxi" company from the airport.
You will also be able to pay taxi by credit card, but it should be clearly mentioned in your ordering form. A taxi from the other company - taken directly from the airport may cost much more. From the train station you should take tram number 2, 6, 9, 11 or 12 to the "Opera Baltycka" stop.
The trip takes 8 minutes. Single journey tickets are available in ticket machines and in trams. Remember to validate your ticket in the vehicle.
